Tourism and Culture Minister Alain St Ange officially opened the sixth Carnaval International de Victoria last night at Stad Popiler in the presence of VIPs, guests and onlookers.

Punctuated throughout by joyous, up-tempo music and dance performances performed by representatives of different countries taking part in the carnival, the ceremony was high in enthusiasm.
